On September 21, 2007 JOSEPH J. WATERS, a WWII vet that served in the Navy; beloved husband of Thelma Waters (nee Craig); devoted father of Joseph J. Waters, Jr., Jane Rothwell, and Tina Marie Baker; also survived by eleven grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Saturday at 9 A.M. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 415 North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
