Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.
Robbery -- A man, 21, was walking in the 2500 block of Druid Hill Ave. about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday when he was stopped by another man armed with a handgun who said, "Give it up." After robbing the victim of $10.25, the gunman fired two warning shots into the air. Police said the victim was not cooperating with detectives and that no arrest had been made.
Burglary -- Someone broke into an apartment in the 1600 block of Spray Court through a rear door between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday and stole a DVD player and several pieces of clothing.
Theft -- A 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier was parked in the 600 block of Bankard Lane between Sunday and Wednesday when someone stole one of its wheels and a tire.
Assault -- Police were seeking at least three young males who attacked a man, 32, in the 4500 block of Thayer Court about 11 p.m. Wednesday and kicked him in the head and struck him with their fists. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. His condition was not available.
Burglary -- A dish washer of unknown value was stolen between Tuesday and Wednesday from a house under construction in the 1400 block of Harper St. by someone who entered through a rear door.
Theft -- Stage-rigging equipment of unknown value was stolen between Tuesday and Wednesday from a Freightliner tractor-trailer parked in the 2600 block of Merchant Drive.
Theft -- Police arrested a 28-year-old man Wednesday after he entered the backyard of a house in the 1800 block of McHenry St. the same day and stole copper tubing valued at $250. His name was not available.
Stolen vehicle -- A blue 1997 Nissan Sentra with tags 4BV X22 was stolen Tuesday in the 1400 block of Light St.
Stolen vehicle -- Police were seeking a brown 1991 Volvo 240 that was stolen Wednesday in the rear of the 800 block of Carroll St.
Stolen vehicle -- A white 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe with tags M7G2898 was stolen Tuesday in the 800 block of Hollins St.
Assault -- Police were seeking a young male who stepped into the path of a car being driven by a woman, 50, in the 2600 block of Round Road about 4 p.m. Tuesday and threw a rock that shattered the windshield. The driver was not injured. Anyone with information is asked to call the district at 410-396-2499.
Robbery -- Two employees of Pizza Hut in the 1600 block of E. Joppa Road were walking in the rear of the business at about 10 p.m. Wednesday on their way to make a night deposit at a nearby bank when they were stopped by a woman who asked one of them for a dollar. Before the pair could respond, a man armed with a wooden pole approached and forced one of the employees to give him a bank deposit bag containing an undisclosed sum of money. The man and his female accomplice escaped on foot.
