On September 9, 2007, WILLIE MAE HAGANS; devoted daughter of James and Josephine (Shannon) Smallwood; beloved mother of Robert Rene Hagans (Rochelle), Daniel Codell Owens (Dorvera), and Jonathan James Owens (Melisa); Ms. Hagan is also survived by seven grandchildren, three sisters, one brother and a host of other relatives and friends.
