On September 10, 2007, FRANCIS KENNETH BETZ, (United States Army Veteran and Baltimore County Police Officer) of Pikesville; beloved husband of Dorothy A. Betz; loving father of Lorraine McFarland, Fran Betz, Jr, Jean Trageser, Frank Hess; cherished grandfather of eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Family and friends will honor Francis' life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services, Parkville, 8800 Harford Road on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M.
