The Columbia Association Planning and Strategy Committee will hold a prebudget session for members of the community to offer comments on the fiscal 2009 and 2010 budgets at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow. The meeting will be held at the association's headquarters, 10221 Wincopin Circle, above Clyde's restaurant.
