Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Burglary -- On Aug. 30 or Aug. 31, someone broke into a house in the 1900 block of Druid Hill Ave. and stole copper piping and an air compressor - all valued at $1,200. The burglary was reported Tuesday.

Burglary -- Someone entered through the front door of a house in the 1800 block of Eutaw Place between Monday and Tuesday and removed a TV valued at $200.


Robbery -- Two teenage boys robbed Eddie's Meat Market in the 1000 block of S. Clinton St. of cash and cigarettes - all valued at nearly $200 - about 7:20 a.m. Thursday after a female clerk refused to sell them cigarettes because of their ages. One of the teens struck the clerk in the face before each fled on foot. The clerk refused medical treatment.

Robbery -- A woman, 34, was unloading items from her car in the 200 block of S. East Ave. about 9 p.m. Wednesday when two boys ages 12 to 15 robbed her of $6 after one of them threatened her.

Robbery -- A man, 20, was walking in the 2800 block of E. Baltimore St. about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when he was attacked by two teenage boys who robbed him of his money and a cell phone - all valued at nearly $800.

Purse snatch -- After a woman, 43, escorted her children to school about 8:30 a.m. Thursday and was walking in the 2700 block of E. Fairmount Ave. on her way home she was struck in the face by two teenage boys who robbed her of her purse containing cash and property - all valued at $180.


Robbery -- A 63-year-old man was walking in the 1000 block of S. Hanover St. about 6:40 a.m. Thursday when he was attacked by a man and a woman who robbed him of $60. Acting on information, police four hours later arrested Joseph "Binky" Stewart, 50, of the 1700 block of Light St., and charged him with assault and robbery. Arrested about noon Thursday and also charged with assault and robbery was Anne Mullauer, 23, of the 1400 block of Decatur St. The victim suffered a minor injury and refused medical treatment.

Burglary/arrests -- Two men were arrested Thursday and charged with breaking into a house in the 3600 block of Ninth St. in Brooklyn that day through a basement door. Charged with burglary were Isaac J. Aaron, 30, of the first block of Glenns Road and William G. Rawligs, 44, of no fixed address.

Burglary -- While a resident of the 3600 block of Third St. in Brooklyn was picking up her children from school about 3 p.m. Thursday, someone broke into her home through the front door and stole a laptop computer and her purse containing $50 and a set of keys - all valued at nearly $1,100.

Robbery -- Two men, one with a handgun, entered Pro Discount Outlet in the 900 block of E. Patapsco Ave. about 11 a.m. Thursday and stole a cell phone valued at $400.

Assault -- A warrant had been issued charging a man, 25, with the domestic assault of his girlfriend, also 25, during an argument over their 18-month-old daughter in their home in the 1100 block of Shellbanks Road about 3 a.m. Thursday. The woman was struck on an arm and the head with the metal handle of a broom.

Burglary -- Someone broke into a garage in the first block of Cool Meadow Court between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday and stole a bicycle valued at $150.
