Premiere -- Howard Community College's Student Arts Collective (formerly known as Student-Alumni Arts@HCC) will celebrate its 13th season and "All Things New in the Arts at HCC" with a free afternoon event from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. today in the college's Horowitz Center lobby, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia. Performances include music, comedy and guests who will speak about the visual and performing arts at the college. Ashanti Cooper (left) and Candace Cooper will introduce students, alumni and staff. Refreshments will be served. Tickets are not needed.
