The lowdown -- Avant-garde comedian Neil Hamburger brings his oddball comedy to the Ottobar's upstairs lounge tonight. Hamburger -- also known as Amarillo Records founder Gregg Turkington -- dishes a deliberately mopey standup shtick. Comedy music group Pleaseeasaur opens.
