Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Theft -- Compact discs and a handicap placard -- all valued at $180 -- were stolen Thursday from a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt parked in the first block of E. Redwood St. by someone who entered the vehicle after breaking a window.


Theft -- A 1995 Toyota Camry was stolen about 2 a.m. Thursday in the first block of N. Belnord St. and was recovered a short time later abandoned in the 2400 block of E. Fayette St. Stolen from the vehicle were a stereo CD player and an air mattress -- all valued at $600.

Theft -- A Global Positioning System valued at $300 was stolen Thursday morning from a 2005 Nissan Frontier parked in the 2300 block of E. Fayette St.

Theft -- Someone broke into a 2000 Toyota Corolla parked in the 2200 block of Cambridge St. on Wednesday night or Thursday morning and stole a radio valued at $150.

Baltimore County


Burglary -- A DVD recorder, an entertainment center and a boom-box radio system were stolen Wednesday from an apartment in the 6900 block of Lachlan Circle. There were no signs of forced entry.


Stolen vehicle -- Police were seeking a green 1997 Nissan Pathfinder stolen early Thursday in the first block of Ruddington Court.
