Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Arrest -- Terrell Bridgett, 17, of the 1900 block of E. 31st St., who was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center on an unrelated charge, was served with a detainer Monday charging him as an adult with first-degree murder. Bridgett is charged with shooting Tyrone Bonner, 30, of the 1600 block of Chilton St. on June 5 in the 1700 block of E. 30th St. Bonner died that day at Johns Hopkins Hospital.


Arrest -- Angelo Parker, 20, of the 2600 block of Marbourne Ave., was about to attend a meeting with his probation officer in the 700 block of E. Patapsco Ave. yesterday when he was arrested by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on warrants charging him with two armed robberies. Parker is charged with robbing one man in the 2300 block of W. Patapsco Ave. on Aug. 9 and another in the 2600 block of Rittenhouse Ave. on Aug.14.

Arrest -- Police entered a house in the 100 block of S. Arlington Ave. yesterday and arrested Aaron Snead, 20, of that address, on warrants charging him with two robberies. One occurred in the 100 block of E. Cross St. on Aug. 13 and the other on July 27 in the 1000 block of Covington St.

Shooting -- A man, 20, and a female friend were sitting on the front steps of a house in the 1200 block of Carroll St. about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday when the man observed four men approaching and told the woman to go inside. Moments later, one of the four men pulled out a handgun and shot the victim in the left arm and left shoulder. The victim was in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. No arrests had been made.


Arrest -- Michael Quarles, 31, of the first block of Warfield Ave. in Glen Burnie, was arrested yesterday morning in the 7700 block of Monaghan Road in Harundale on a warrant charging him with robbing a cabdriver in the 1300 block of N. Stricker St. on July 22.


Robbery try -- A woman, 32, was walking her dog in the 1700 block of St. Paul St. about 8 p.m. Tuesday when a teenage girl asked if she wanted to sell her dog. When the woman said no, the girl pulled out a handgun and tried to steal the woman's purse. During a struggle, the glrl fled without the purse.

Baltimore County


Robbery -- Three adult males were walking in the 300 block of Melvin Ave. Tuesday night when they were robbed of an undisclosed sum of money by five other males, one armed with a handgun.


Burglary/arrest -- A resident of a house in the 900 block of Barron Ave. was arrested Tuesday and charged with entering another boarder's room in the house between Aug. 16 and Monday and stealing two semiautomatic handguns. John Corbin, 42, was being held at the station. Police said the guns had not been recovered.
