Now with his Savior, Jesus Christ, Wallace Wilson "Walley" Stuart, Jr., born November 23, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, passed away at WMHS - Braddock Campus Friday evening, August 10, 2007. Walley was a 1964 graduate of Overlea High School, Baltimore, and in 1967 was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army after completing his stint in Korea. He served a five-year apprenticeship, then becoming a journeyman steamfitter with Plumbers & Steamfitters Local Union 486 until his retirement in 1993. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Fort Ashby, WV. He loved and studied God's Word, and over the years taught in several Sunday school, Youth and Bible study settings. Walley was the dearly loved husband of Gail Kathleen Stuart, loving father of Wallace Wilson Stuart, III and Steven Mathew Stuart, and loving stepfather of Karen Elizabeth Thompson. He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Wilson Stuart, Sr. Walley is also survived by his dear mother and stepfather, Martha Jane Windisch and Martin R. Windisch, Jr., sister Patricia Cyran, and brothers Martin R. Windisch, III and George Windisch, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday, August 23 at the Grace Bible Church, 2903 Beechwood Lane (off of Reckard Road), Fallston, MD 21047 at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be sent to: The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry, P.O. Box 908, Bellmawr, NJ 08099-0908 in Walley's memory.
