Bassist Joe Natale and his brother Lou, a drummer, will get you jazzed tonight. Project Natale will perform at 7 as part of the Outdoor Summer Concert Series at Carroll Park, Washington Boulevard and Bayard Street. The event is free. Call 410-396-7900.
