On August 11, 2007, WILMER LOUIS "Bubby"; beloved husband of Ann Speaks; devoted father of Wilmer Speaks, Jr., Renee Robin Speaks and Kimberly Ann Speaks. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother, Jerome Speaks and a host of other relatives. Friends may call at the CHATMAN-HARRIS FUNERAL HOME, 5240 Reisterstown Road on Sunday, 1 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends on Monday, 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1526 N. Fremont Avenue. Mass of Christian burial will begin 10 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
