THE VICTIM

A man shot and killed Wednesday in West Baltimore was identified yesterday as 27-year-old Frederick Moore. Police said he was shot several times and found in the 700 block of Brune St. about 8:20 p.m.

LAST YEAR: Baltimore had recorded 171 homicides as of Aug. 17, 2006.
