Crocs in bright primary colors on feet and darker-hued yarmulkes on heads seem to be the accessories of choice for the young children at Cocoaccinos, a new deli-style kosher restaurant in the Greenspring Shopping Center in Pikesville.

The children look longingly at the vats of ice cream behind the glass, or lean, bored, against their mothers, as customers wait in line to order. Once the food has been ordered, families take their numbers and head for tables in the adjacent atrium, where the food will be delivered.
