MGH announced the appointments of Timothy Crider as interactive developer, Jessica Chappel as account coordinator and Sarah Conn as interactive media assistant for the Owings Mills-based marketing communications agency.


Susquehanna Bancshares named Denise G. Stokes as vice president and chief marketing officer for the regional banking company. She will manage the corporate marketing department from its Hunt Valley offices.

BCSB Bankcorp Inc. appointed Anthony Cole as its executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will hold the same positions for Baltimore County Savings Bank.

Sandy Spring Bancorp Inc. said Joseph J. O'Brien Jr. has joined the firm as the executive vice president of its Potomac Bank division. He will become president of the division at the end of the year, when the current president retires.

America Capital Strategies Ltd. appointed Joel Houck as a senior vice president and managing director of the Bethesda-based alternative assets management company.


Archbishop Curley High School appointed John Kogler vice president of operations. He will manage the daily operations of the school and its Northeast Baltimore campus.

Towson University announced the selection of Ken Mangum, a 13-year administrator at the school, as director of academic affairs of its honors college.

Health care

XLHealth appointed Fred Dodson as executive vice president of Care Improvement Plus, its Medicare health plan.

Resolution Health Inc., headquartered in Columbia, appointed Paul Argay as the health care intervention company's chief marketing officer.


Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander elected Timothy J. Capurso, Laura L. Johnson, Cynthia A. Shay and Y. Jeffrey Spatz as members to the Baltimore law firm.


Baltimore magazine appointed Sallyann Davis as director of marketing and sales.


Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs said Michael Barsoum joined the Hunt Valley-based international insurance brokerage as a vice president and senior consultant in the benefits division.

Ellin & Tucker promoted Jennifer A. Taylor to supervisor in the Baltimore-based regional accounting and business consulting firm's audit, accounting and consulting department.
