What to watch for
POSITION -- Offensive line. This unit will feature a more athletic look and three new starters: left tackle Jared Gaither (who is filling in for Jonathan Ogden), right guard Chris Chester and right tackle Adam Terry. The second team has two first-day picks on the right side, guard Ben Grubbs (first round) and tackle Marshal Yanda (third round).
VETERAN -- Quarterback Kyle Boller. The former first-round pick is expected to relieve Steve McNair in the first quarter and play most of the first half. Boller, who is in his fifth season in the system, has looked confident this training camp and has showed off his strong arm with several long throws.
ROOKIE -- Outside linebacker Antwan Barnes. The fourth-round pick has become a favorite of the coaching staff with his speed coming off the edge. He should make an impact pressuring the quarterback.
ON THE BUBBLE -- Cornerback Derrick Martin. A sixth-round pick from a year ago, Martin has made significant strides since his rookie season, especially with his physical play. He needs to do anything he can to stand out in a deep and talented secondary.
INJURY REPORT -- Offensive tackle Ogden (toe), outside linebacker Dan Cody (knee) and inside linebacker Mike Smith (shoulder) are out. Nose tackle Kelly Gregg (thigh and knee) and tight end Daniel Wilcox (ankle) are not expected to play.
