On August 4, 2007, CAROL COHEN (nee Rubenstein) of York PA, formerly of Dumont, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late Harry and Helen Rubenstein, a Graduate of Lincoln H.S. Jersey City she attended New York University. Carol was very active in the Duplicate Bridge world as a player, teacher and director. She achieved the distinction of Life Master. She was a member of the American Contract Bridge League, Bergen Bridge Club and White Rose Bridge Club. Mrs. Cohen leaves her beloved husband of 60 Years Woody. Her devoted daughters and husbands Janice and Mark Illfelder (York, PA) and Susan and Kenny Sprafkin (Baltimore MD). Her dear brother Edwin and Nancy (Cedar Grove, NJ). Loving grandchildren Adam Illfelder (Danielle), Carly Schrager (Adam), Alyson Sprafkin (Michael Waldinger), Tara Sprafkin, great grandchildren Ilana Illfelder and Dyson Waldinger. Service Monday 11:30AM at Sanctuary of Abraham & Sarah Paramus, NJ.
