St. Andrew's United to hold yard sale

St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 4 Wallace Manor Road, Edgewater, will hold its weekly yard sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow.

Spaces are $15 for a 10-by-10 foot space, and $5 for tables.

Reservations are suggested.

Concessions will be available throughout the day.

Health workshop set for Sunday

Unity by the Bay will have a Radiant Health workshop at noon Sunday at 836 Ritchie Highway, Suite 18, Severna Park.

Dawn Fleming, Mark Bradtke and Gwen MacGragor will lead an energy lecture from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Continuing events include: silent unity prayer time at noon, Monday through Thursday; prayer and meditation from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.

St. Phillip's feast is tomorrow

St. Phillip's Episcopal Church, 730 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, will hold its annual all-you-can-eat crab feast from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow.

The cost is $50 for adults and $20 for children.

Group focuses on spiritual healing

The Christian Science Society, 101 First Ave., SE, Glen Burnie, will hold its monthly meeting at 5 p.m. Wednesday and every Sunday. The focus is on examining a spiritual approach to health and healing.

Peach Festival scheduled for Aug. 4

Eastport United Methodist Church, 926 Bay Ridge Ave., Annapolis, will host its 32nd annual Peach Festival from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 4.

The event will include a craft boutique, bake sale, produce stand and silent auction. Patrons can buy desserts, jelly and more. Chicken dinners will sold. Prices are $12 for adults and $ for $12 for adults and $5 for children younger than 12.

Proceeds benefit the church's programs.

Grace Baptist sets Bible school

Grace Baptist Church of Sunset Beach, 17 Somerset Road in Pasadena, will hold a registration fair at 10 a.m. Aug. 4 and vacation Bible school from 6 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Aug. 5 through 10.

At registration, there will be refreshments, games, prizes, a moon bounce, face painting, live music, raffles and more.

Arundel Baptist to hold Bible school

Arundel Baptist Church, 886 Annapolis Road in Gambrills, will hold vacation Bible school from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 6 through 10.

The theme will be "Wild West Witness: Riding in the Shadow of the Cross."

Bible school will be for children ages 3 through sixth grade.

St. Athanasius sets dinner, raffle

The events committee of St. Athanasius Roman Catholic Church, 4708 Prudence St., Curtis Bay, will hold its annual crab cake dinner and raffle from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 18.

The cost is $18 for adults and $8 for children younger than 12. The cost for carryout is $18. Call to purchase tickets in advance.
