Elsie W. Zolga, 83

Elsie W. Zolga, a retired administrative assistant and former Timonium resident, died of heart failure July 9 at her home in Raynham, Mass. She was 83.

The former Elsie Wagner was born and raised in New York City, where she graduated from high school.

She began working for T. Rowe Price in New York in 1949 and later transferred to Baltimore, where she was an administrative assistant. She retired in 1979.

Mrs. Zolga was married for 31 years to Michael Zolga, a salesman, who died in 1978.

Mrs. Zolga, who had moved to Raynham last year, was a former communicant of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Texas.

She enjoyed going to the movies and playing bingo and rummy cubes.

A funeral Mass was offered July 12 at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Raynham.

Surviving are a son, William M. Zolga of Raynham; a daughter, Elizabeth Nell of Westport, Conn.; and six grandchildren.
