Baltimore

Northeastern

Arrest -- A youth has been arrested in the killings Sunday night of two men in the 5700 block of Radecke Ave. The officer who arrested Charlie Stevenson, 16, on Monday for littering learned that two warrants were out for the boy, charging him as an adult with two counts of first-degree murder. Stevenson was charged the same day in the killings of Maurice White, 22, and Wayne G. White, 24, who were gunned down by assault rifle about 10:40 p.m. Sunday. The victims were not related. Stevenson was being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center. Police were seeking a second suspect.

Western

Arrest -- Adrian McFadden, 30, of the 700 block of N. Payson St., was arrested Monday by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. McFadden is accused of shooting George Thomas Johnson, 25, in the 800 block of N. Payson St. on July 6. He was being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center. Police are seeking a second suspect.

Southeastern

Victim named -- Police yesterday identified Daniel Santiago, 29, of the 6100 block of Fortview Way in O'Donnell Heights as the man shot about 11 p.m. Tuesday in his living room during an argument with an unknown male. Santiago died a short time later at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Shooting -- A man, 26, was walking in the 1600 block of E. Lombard St. about 1:45 a.m. Wednesday when another male riding a bike and armed with a handgun shot him in the left leg. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Theft -- A laptop computer and a global positioning system were stolen Wednesday afternoon from a 2004 Chevrolet van parked in the 100 block of N. Lakewood Ave.

Central

Burglary -- An air compressor and tools were stolen Monday or Tuesday from a house in the 1100 block of Whitelock St. by someone who entered after knocking a hole in a kitchen wall.

Burglary -- Someone forced his way into a house in the 1000 block of N. Calvert St. on Sunday night or early Monday through the front door and stole tools and building equipment -- all valued at $12,000.

Baltimore County

Essex

Burglary -- An outboard Mercury engine valued at nearly $3,000 was stolen Tuesday or Wednesday from a boat stored at Riverside Marina in the 11000 block of Pulaski Highway.

Burglary -- Someone broke into Icy Delights, a snowball stand in the 1100 block of Eastern Blvd., on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning and stole a cash box containing $50. Entry was by forcing a door.

Cockeysville

Burglary -- Someone entered a construction area at Ridgely Middle School in the 100 block of E. Ridgely Road on Tuesday or Wednesday and spray-painted several windows and caused other damage. Police estimated the damage at $600 to $700.

Franklin

Burglary -- A 2002 Yamaha YZ250F dirt bike valued at $5,000 was stolen Tuesday or Wednesday from the rear yard of a house in the 16300 block of Hanover Pike.
