Susquehanna Bancshares announced the appointment of James G. Pierne as executive vice president and group executive. He will continue as chairman and chief executive officer of Hagerstown-based Susquehanna Bank. Also appointed at Susquehanna Bank were Michael E. Hough as president and chief operating officer and Christopher D. Holt as regional president for the bank's operations in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard and Worcester counties.

Education

College of Notre Dame of Maryland appointed Sally A. White as vice president for academic affairs and dean of faculty. She will also hold a post as a professor in the psychology department.

Health care

Mosaic Community Services said LaTrice White joined the staff as marketing coordinator for the Timonium-based provider of mental health treatment, housing and psychiatric rehabilitation services. She is responsible for event sponsorships, program referrals and networking.

Organizations

The Baltimore County Public Library named Heidi H. Gillis marketing manager. She is responsible for coordination of media relations, product and services promotion.

Chesapeake Arts Center announced that Davina Grace Hill was selected as deputy director for the literary, visual and performing arts facility in Brooklyn Park.

Professional services

KCI Technologies Inc. named Jeffrey C. Lookup as manager of the Hunt Valley-based engineering firm's northeast region.

iBiquity Digital Corp., headquartered in Columbia, appointed James Spencer as senior vice president and chief financial officer for the digital AM/FM HD radio technology developer.

Real estate

Black Oak Associates Inc. appointed Mark L. Renbaum as director of development for the Owings Mills-based regional private equity development company.

Manekin LLC said Charlaine Eckstein joined the Columbia commercial real estate and residential land development firm as an assistant property manager.
