On July 16, 2007, PATRICIA JOSEPHINE CHLUMSKY, of Baltimore, beloved wife of the late John Anthony Chlumsky; devoted mother of Lawrence Jerome Chlumsky and wife Jennifer, and John Anthony Chlumsky; dear sister of Dennis Basel; cherished grandmother of Adrienne and Katherine Chlumsky. Family and friends will honor Patricia's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services-Parkville, 8800 Harford Road, on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M.
