Baltimore police yesterday released the name of a man who died Friday night, one of three people shot during an incident in the 800 block of N. Payson Street.

George Thomas Johnson, 25, whose address could not be verified, died at Maryland Shock Trauma Center around 11 p.m. He suffered a gunshot wound to the head.

The two other victims' names were not released by police. A 21-year-old man who was shot in the abdomen was taken to Shock Trauma. An 18-year-old woman who was shot in the leg was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening, said Officer Troy Harris, a Baltimore police spokesman.
