The lowdown -- Locally based Payola Reserve prides itself on playing "unforgettable pop." The band members will play songs from their most recent album, One Long Apology, at the Ottobar tomorrow. Opening are Names Can Own, Let's French and Brave the Day.

The lowdown -- Justin Schlegel has opened for many famous comedians, including Bob Saget and Dave Attell. He'll take the spotlight this weekend at the Baltimore Comedy Factory. The show also features comedian Jon Mumma.
