St. Andrew's United to hold yard sale
St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 4 Wallace Manor Road, Edgewater, will hold its weekly yard sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow.
Spaces are $15 for a 10-by-10 foot space, and $5 for tables.
Reservations are suggested.
Concessions will be available throughout the day.
Jenkins Memorial festival is tomorrow
Jenkins Memorial Church will hold its annual strawberry festival and flea market from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow at 133 Riviera Drive, Pasadena.
A continental breakfast will be available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., and lunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Vendors and crafters are needed.
The cost is $10 for space and $3 more for a table.
Pasadena United to hold blood drive
A blood drive will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Pasadena United Methodist Church, 61 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena.

Kirkin' o' the Tartan event is Sunday
St. Anne's Parish in Annapolis, with the St. Andrew's Society of Baltimore and the Chesapeake Caledonian Pipe Band, will hold its annual Kirkin' o' the Tartan on Sunday during and after its 10 a.m. church service.
The kirkin is a blessing that a priest from St. Anne's will perform on all tartans that are presented to him. All are invited to present their tartans to receive a kirkin'.
After the service, the Chesapeake Caledonian Pipe Band will entertain the assembled crowd outside on Church Circle. From there, the St. Andrew's Society Escort to the Colors, dressed in shirts, ties, jackets and kilts will lead a procession to the Naval Academy.
The assembled crowd will lay wreaths at the crypt of John Paul Jones in the Naval Academy Chapel and at the Midway Memorial.
Galilee Lutheran to honor graduates
Galilee Lutheran Church, 4652 Mountain Road, Pasadena, will hold a graduate recognition ceremony at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow and at 8 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Sunday.
The ceremony will honor middle and high school and college graduates.
Grace Baptist slates activities
Grace Baptist Church of Sunset Beach, 17 Somerset Road, Pasadena, will hold a recognition ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Sunday to honor those celebrating graduating from high school, undergraduate and graduate programs, and all other certificate programs.
There will be a children's craft party from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. June 16 to allow children to make Dad something for Father's Day.
A Father's Day breakfast will be held at 8 a.m. June 17 in the fellowship hall. All males are welcome to attend. The regular brotherhood breakfast will resume July 1.
Dinner sale set for June 15
Glen Burnie United Methodist Church will hold its ham and chicken dinner sale from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. June 15 at 5 Second Ave., Glen Burnie.
The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children younger than 10.
Proceeds will benefit the mission projects supported by the men's missionary ministry.

Oakwood Wesleyan Church, 505 Oakwood Station Road in Glen Burnie, will present community movie night at dusk June 15.
Participants should bring lawn chairs and blankets for seating.

German group to meet June 18
The Christian German American Women's Group of Maryland will meet at noon June 18 in the fellowship hall at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1306 Odenton Road of Odenton.
This is event aims to provide German-speaking women with the opportunity to worship and socialize using their native language.

Church of the Good Shepherd, 1451 Furnace Ave., Glen Burnie, will hold a "bingo blast" at 2 p.m. July 8.
A barbecue platter, coffee, sodas and cards are included for a donation of $20.
