Chamber to hold trade show June 6
The Baltimore-Washington Corridor Chamber of Commerce and the Network Referral Group will hold a "Star-Spangled Business to Business" trade show from 9:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Carriage Room at Laurel Park racetrack, Route 198 in Laurel.
A power networking breakfast will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Terrace Dining Room.

Golf tournament set for June 11
Opportunity Builders Inc. will hold its fourth annual Links Challenge Golf Tournament at 9 a.m. June 11 at Compass Pointe Golf Course, 9010 Fort Smallwood Road, Pasadena.

Businesswomen to meet June 13
The Maryland Capital Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will hold its monthly membership meeting at 6:30 p.m. June 13 at the Sheraton Hotel Annapolis, 173 Jennifer Road.
The meeting will include induction of officers for 2007-2008 and provide insight on volunteering with a not-for-profit organization.

AACC schedules executive breakfast
In partnership with the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Anne Arundel Community College will host the Balanced Scorecard Executive Breakfast and presentation at 7 a.m. June 12 at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore, 300 Light St., Baltimore.
The presentation will include information on how businesses can properly execute strategies.

Chamber plans mixer and breakfast
The Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce has announced its June events:
An after-hours mixer from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. June 14 at the Watermark Journeys, City Dock in Annapolis. The cost is $10 in advance, $15 at the door, and $25 for nonmembers.
A power breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. June 27 at the Rockfish, 400 6th St., Eastport. The cost is $17 in advance, $22 at the door, and $35 for nonmembers.

Group slates leadership tribute
Leadership Anne Arundel will salute graduates of its 2007 programs at its annual Tribute to Community Leadership.
The tribute, themed "Making Connections ... Making a Difference," will be held at 5:30 p.m. June 14 at the Hilton BWI Airport, 1739 W. Nursery Road, Linthicum.
Tickets are $90, with $50 tax deductible. Tickets must be reserved by Thursday.
Proceeds will benefit the Arthur Ebersberger Scholarship Fund.

Applicants wanted for program
The city of Annapolis is accepting applications for the Sherwin Williams Company's 10-day Home to Work entrepreneurial paint training program.
The program will teach skills in hands-on surface preparation and paint application.
The training will be held in July followed by a graduation ceremony.
