The Baltimore Sun

An article yesterday incorrectly reported that code violations had been found in a house involved in a fatal fire. In fact, Michael Braverman, a city housing official, said no violations had been found in the house at 1903 Cecil Ave.

A Page 1A article yesterday about Maryland homes getting larger gave an incorrect title for John E. Kortecamp. He is executive vice president of the Home Builders Association of Maryland.

An article in the Maryland section Tuesday and an accompanying chart incorrectly implied that $900,000 in Baltimore City surplus money will be spent solely on the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Walters Art Museum. Part of that money will be spent on other arts programs.

The Sun regrets the errors.
