Arrest -- Lamont Whitby, 27, of the 2300 block of Terra Firma Road was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with attempted murder. Whitby is charged with shooting Clorya Williams in the stomach, right leg and left arm about 12:30 a.m. April 30 outside her home in the 600 block of N. Ellwood Ave.
Armed robbery -- A young husband and wife were walking in the 2800 block of Fait Ave. about 12:10 a.m. Friday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed them of a cell phone and $320.
Western
Carjacking -- A 20-year-old man was stopped at a traffic light in the 1500 block of N. Fulton Ave. early Thursday when three men, one armed with a handgun, forced him from his 1994 Chevrolet Blazer, robbed him of a cell phone and more than $500 and rode off in his vehicle, which was recovered the next day.
Northeastern
Stabbing -- Police were seeking a 16-year-old girl in the stabbing Thursday afternoon of another female in the 2900 block of E. Chase St. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital for a knife wound to the abdomen.
Southern
Burglary -- Someone entered a house in the 900 block of Washington Blvd. through the front door Friday night and stole an 11-week-old pit bull valued at $500. Police said the dog is brown and has a red nose.
Baltimore County
Essex
Robbery -- A 42-year-old man was walking in the first block of Beech Drive about midnight Friday when another man struck him with an unknown weapon and robbed him of $700 and several credit cards.
Towson
Burglary -- Two mountain bikes were stolen Saturday from a shed in the 8500 block of Water Oak Road.
Franklin
Robbery -- An 18-year-old was walking along Village Mill Court about 5:30 a.m. Saturday when he was assaulted by three younger males who knocked him down and robbed him of two cell phones and an undisclosed sum of money.
