The forecast is not hopeful, but if the clouds part, Marylanders are well-placed to see the International Space Station (very) early tomorrow as it flies over Baltimore. The ISS will pop into view above the southwest horizon at 4:52 a.m., hustling up the East Coast at 17,500 mph. Look for a steady, star-like object. If it blinks, has multiple or colored lights, it's an airplane. The station will be 215 miles above Baltimore - straight up - at 4:54 a.m., vanishing over the northeast horizon at 4:57 a.m.
