Saturday's Squidfire Spring Art Mart presents indie/do-it-yourself art you can use. More than 40 artists, including Baltimore boutique clothier Squidfire, will bring their funky, functional, one-of-a-kind wares to display and sell. But don't get the wrong idea: The guys at Squidfire say it's not a fine-art show. They specialize in wearable art and call their work "things that aren't corporate and are one of a kind."

The art mart runs 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday at Mount Vernon Square Park, Monument and North Charles streets. Call 410-327-3300 or go to
