WILLIAM KING DEAN of Leeswoods, Bel Air, Maryland, died April 17, 2007 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He was born in 1922 in Monongahela City, Pennsylvania. His father was Renwick Galbreath Dean and his mother was Mabel King Dean. Mr. Dean is survived by his wife of 49 years, Patricia Hollenback Dean, his daughter Elizabeth Dean Grebe, son-in-law Charles Anthony Grebe and two grandchildren: C.J. Grebe and Lucy Grebe. Mr. Dean was an Eagle Scout, Navy pilot during World War II, a Disabled American Veteran, a member of Christ Our King Presbyterian Church, a professional civil engineer and former President of William K. Dean Associates, Consulting Engineers. Mr. Dean has donated his body to education and research by the Maryland State Anatomy Board. A Memorial Service will be held at Christ Our King Presbyterian Church, 10 Lexington Avenue, Bel Air, Maryland, 21014, on Friday, April 27, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Christ Our King Presbyterian Church designated for Christ Connection.
