Damon Costantini of Catonsville suspects nature conspires against our weekends. "Is there ... statistical evidence that so far, in 2007, we have had nicer, warmer and sunnier days on early weekdays?" he asks. "It seems as if the weather always gets colder and/or rainier just in time for the weekend." Mostly true. My rough take on the numbers shows Monday-Tuesday pairs have been dry by a 2-to-1 margin, and slightly more likely to be warmer than average. Slightly more weekends were unseasonably cool, and 60 percent were wet.
