This wine from Southern Italy is a 50-50 blend of two of the region's finest white-wine grapes - varietals that date to Roman times. It's a fresh, dry wine with nuances of nuts, pear, chalk and other minerals. For its price, it offers good complexity. My guess is that it will be at its best between now and Labor Day. Serve with shrimp, white-fleshed fish.
