What's the point? -- If you've read Dante's Divine Comedy, but it didn't quite resonate, or if you just wanted to learn more about it, check out this site. Created by Guy Raffa, a professor at the University of Texas, Danteworlds examines the three universes created by Dante - Inferno, Purgatory and Paradiso.

What to look for --Click on one of the worlds, and find explanations of the characters Dante encounters - using text, audio clips and artwork. The site, however, is not meant to be a CliffsNotes version of the text; it's a "complement to" reading it, according to Raffa.
