The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island has a two-day Cooking School package that allows guests to work side by side with the chef. It includes coastal-view accommodations for two nights, two days of cooking school, coffee and pastries each morning, champagne/wine lunch with the chef each day, a Ritz-Carlton apron and recipes. As part of the Orlando Family Spring Break promotion, now in its fifth year, Embassy Suites Hotel-International Drive South in Orlando offers a Family Fun Dinner & Movie package starting at $129 per night, plus tax, based on availability. Also in Orlando, Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn, a 24-acre resort that offers families a Nickelodeon experience, has a Grand Trippin' package for grandparents and grandchildren, starting at $230 per night throughout this year. Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City has a Breakfast and Birdies package for four that includes golf villa accommodations, 18 holes of golf, breakfast, shoe and club cleaning and customized bag tag at rates starting at $116 per person, per night through May 17. The newly renovated Quorum Hotel-Tampa has baseball fans in mind with a Tampa Legends package for spring training at Legends Field this month. Guests can see the New York Yankees.
