Hospice offers bereavement support
Hospice of the Chesapeake's Spiritual and Bereavement Care Center is offering a 10-week support group for people ages 18 and over who are grieving after the death of a loved one as a result of suicide.
The group will meet from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Thursday from March 8 through May 10 at Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway in Annapolis.

Program offers growth fitness
Hospice of the Chesapeake and Ridgely Retreat are offering a personal growth fitness program from March to June.
"Nia for Healing" combines Eastern and Western movements and philosophies.
Nia is well-suited for people who are grieving. It is self-paced and no prior dance or movement experience is needed.
The Nia sessions will be held March 11, April 22, May 20 and June 10, from 3 to 4 p.m. at Ridgely Retreat, 203 Ridgely Ave. in Annapolis.
The registration fee is $10.
