Teacher faces sex charges

A 27-year-old female teacher in Columbia become the third Howard County educator since January to be charged with multiple sex offenses involving a minor. Police say she had a pair of sexual encounters with a 15-year-old boy two years ago.

Walter Sondheim Jr., 98, dies
