Southwestern
Cutting -- A man and his wife were engaged in an argument in their home in the 100 block of Palormo Ave. about 4 p.m. yesterday when the woman cut him on an arm with a knife. The man was treated at St. Agnes Hospital and released. The woman, whose name was not available, was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a deadly weapon. She was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center.

Armed carjacking -- A motorist was stopped for a traffic signal at Madison Street and Greenmount Avenue about 4 a.m. Tuesday when two men, one armed with a knife, forced him out of his 1991 Ford Ranger and rode off in the vehicle. It had tags 96S 293
Central
Theft -- A handicap placard was stolen Tuesday from a 1988 Lincoln Town Car parked in the 400 block of E. Saratoga St.
Stolen vehicle -- A two-door beige 1991 Honda Accord with tags 7AM G97 was stolen Monday in the 2500 block of Linden Ave.
Burglary -- Someone entered an apartment in the 2200 block of Callow Ave. in Reservoir Hill through a rear door Monday and stole video games, a digital video disc player and a 27-inch television. The property was valued at more than $500.
Southern
Theft -- A $300 digital camera and $10 in cash were stolen Monday from a sport utility vehicle parked in the 100 block of W. Ostend St.
Burglary -- Someone entered a vacant house in the 800 block of Scott St. between Feb. 2 and 4 and stole an air conditioner. The intruder used a cutting tool to remove 70 feet of copper piping. The burglary was reported Monday.
Theft -- A wallet containing $30 was stolen Monday from a 2006 Kia Spectra parked in the 800 block of Covington St.
Theft -- A 1996 Toyota was parked in the 800 block of Harvey St. on Monday when someone broke into the vehicle and removed an air compressor and a nail gun. They were valued at nearly $700.
Robbery try -- A 74-year-old patron at Sid's Tavern in the 1100 block of Washington Blvd. was approached about 11:50 a.m. Monday by a gunman wearing a black ski mask who demanded his money. Other patrons witnessed the incident and chased the gunman, who escaped without the victim's money and was being sought.
Robbery -- A 24-year-old man was selling teddy bears on a parking lot in the 2100 block of W. Patapsco Ave. about 3 p.m. Monday when he was assaulted by three men, one with a handgun, who rifled his pants pockets and removed more than $300. The victim sustained a minor injury when the gunman struck him in the face with the weapon.
Theft -- At least 15 compact discs and a small amount of currency were stolen Sunday night or early Monday from a 2002 Buick parked in the 100 block of W. Barney St. Entry into the vehicle was by breaking a window.
Burglary -- Cosmetics items of unknown value were stolen Monday from a house in the 2100 block of W. Patapsco Ave. by someone who entered through the front door. The intruder also knocked holes in several interior walls.
Theft -- Someone entered a 2006 Ford Escape sport utility vehicle parked in the 100 block of W. Ostend St. between Sunday and Monday after breaking a passenger side window and stole 20 compact discs having a total value of $300.

White Marsh
Burglary -- An undisclosed sum of money was stolen Tuesday from a safe in a house in the 5300 block of King Arthur Circle by someone who entered the dwelling by forcing a sliding glass door.
Parkville
Burglary -- A resident of the first block of Handworth Way was asleep about 4 p.m. Tuesday when she heard a noise outside her bedroom door. Upon getting up, the woman heard the sound of someone running down the stairs and leaving her townhouse. Taken by the intruder was a computer valued at $1,000.
Towson
Stolen vehicle -- A black 2004 Honda Accord with New York tag CWH8882 was stolen Tuesday from the parking lot at Towson Town Center in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road.
Cockeysville
Burglary -- Several reels of electrical cable were stolen between Friday and Monday from Mangione Family Enterprise in the 1200 block of York Road.
Burglary -- Jewelry and a watch -- valued together at $1,700 -- were stolen Monday from a house in the first block of Lauriann Court by someone who entered through a porch screen door.
