3 on 3 -- Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks is accepting registration for its Men's 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, to be held at 9 a.m. March 17. Participants must be ages 18 or older. Registration is limited to the first 16 teams; each team is guaranteed at least three games. The cost, which includes officials, awards and T-shifts, is $150 a team.
