Harford man admits child porn

The Baltimore Sun

A 43-year-old Harford County man pleaded guilty in federal court in Baltimore yesterday to possessing child pornography.

After receiving a complaint about Robert Bower Reeves of Forest Hill in 2005, Maryland State Police searched Reeves' home, including his computer, according to the plea agreement presented to the court. About 100 images of child pornography were recovered, including material depicting girls under the age of 12.

Reeves, who is also facing state charges for child molestation, could get a maximum of 10 years in prison followed by supervised release for life on the federal conviction. U.S. District Judge Richard D. Bennett has scheduled sentencing April 20.
