Two men were fatally shot in Baltimore yesterday in separate incidents, the latest about 11 p.m. in the Cedonia neighborhood, city police said.
Few details were available on the latest shooting, which occurred at Waycross Road and Cedonia Avenue in Northeast Baltimore. Officer Troy Harris, a police spokesman, could only say that a man had been shot several times.
Earlier yesterday, about 3:50 p.m., an adult male was shot in the head in the 1000 block of E. Baltimore St., Harris said.
The man was pronounced dead at Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Harris said.
The killings bring to 20 the number of homicides recorded in Baltimore this year.
