BALTIMORE COUNTY COUNCIL -- Baltimore County Council will meet at 7 p.m. in council chambers on the second floor at the County Courthouse, 400 Washington Ave., Towson. It is expected to vote on the purchase of three Yorkway apartment buildings in Dundalk.
HISTORY LECTURE -- John Page Williams will discuss "Exploring the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Water Trail" as part of a history lecture series at 8:15 p.m. at St. John's College.
