On January 5, 2007, William C. Dixon Jr. (formerly of Timonium, MD) passed away.M-BM- A State Farm Agent of 29 years retired to Naples, FL in 2001.M-BM- He served in the US Army Reserves.M-BM- Bill graduated from City College in 1964 where he was a running back for City's football team.M-BM- He then attended the University of Baltimore.M-BM- He was an avid fan and participant in all sports, but his passion was fishing. During his retirement, he and his wife Sheila enjoyed travel, including trips to Cabo San Lucas, the Panama Canal, and various cruises. Survived by his wife of 15 years, Sheila Dixon; father, William C. Dixon, Sr and wife Helen; brother, Michael Dixon and wife Valerie; daughter, Jennifer Morgan and husband Matt; son, Shawn Dixon; step-son, John Hare and wife Char, Uncle to Andy and Brad Dixon; grandfather to Kali Dixon and Joseph Posedenti. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Lemmon Funeral Home, 10 W. Padonia Road, Timonium, MDM-BM- 20193 on January 20, 2007 at 11:00 am.M-BM- In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
