This morning's sunrise -- at 7:27 a.m. EST in Baltimore - is the latest of the winter. From here on, Old Sol will rise above the eastern horizon a bit earlier each morning until we reach the earliest sunrise of the year, at 5:39 a.m. EDT on June 15. The earliest sunset for Baltimore occurred at 4:43 p.m. EST p.m. on Dec. 7, and they've been getting later each day since. We finally have both our sunrise and sunset headed in the right direction, unless you like it dark.
