Shakespeare film -- The Carroll County Arts Council will show the documentaryShakespeare Behind Bars at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday at the Carroll Arts Center, 91 W. Main St., Westminster. This film tells the true story of an all-male Shakespearean theater company composed of convicted felons at Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in Kentucky. Tickets are $5, $4 for ages 12 and younger and older than 60, and members. 410-848-7272.
