CONNELL, THELMA I.

On December 27, 2006, THELMA I. CONNELL (nee Prigel), of Long Green, MD, went home to be with the Lord at her son's home in Darlington. Mrs. Connell, a servant of God, a devoted mother and loving grandmother is survived by three sons, Mike Connell, of Darlington, John Connell and Joe Connell, both of Glen Arm; 12 grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Cora, Abigail, Allan, Molly, Anna, Cooper, Mott, Grace, Tessa and Carly Connell. Born February 18, 1927, in Long Green, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester J. and Edith Murray Prigel. A Celebration of her life is Saturday, December 30, at 2 P.M. at Long Green Baptist Church, 13010 Manor Road, Glen Arm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Beachmont Christian Ministries, 6433 Mt. Vista Road, Kingsville, MD 21087.
