Triple shooting leaves one dead

One man died and two were critically wounded in a triple shooting yesterday afternoon in West Baltimore, city police said.

About 3 p.m. police responded to Lafayette Avenue and McCulloh Street and found three men in a green Lincoln Town Car suffering from gunshot wounds.

The men were transported to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where one victim died. The other victims were listed in critical condition last night, authorities said.

Police said they know of no motive and have no suspects in the shooting. Police declined to identify the victims yesterday.

In another incident, a 15-year-old boy suffered multiple gunshot wounds in the Cherry Hill area, police said.

The shooting occurred in the 800 block of Bethune Road yesterday about 5 p.m. Police said they know of no motive and have no suspects.

The teenager, who was not identified, was listed in serious condition last night, police said.
