Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.



Arrest -- Pamela White, 49, of the 1000 block of N. Ellamont St. was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with arson. White is accused of setting fire to a 2001 Ford Taurus in the 2500 block of Mosher St. on June 7.


Robbery -- A 23-year-old woman was walking in the 400 block of N. Lakewood Ave. about 6:15 p.m. Monday and talking on her cell phone when a young male shoved her to the ground and stole the phone and her purse containing $25.

Baltimore County

White Marsh

Robbery -- Police were seeking a man with a port-wine birthmark near his left eye who entered a Family Dollar store in the 8400 block of Philadelphia Road about 6:40 p.m. Monday and placed a pair of socks on the counter. The man then displayed a handgun and ordered the clerk to give him money. The gunman fled with an undisclosed sum.


Burglary/arrest -- A 13-year-old boy fled a laundry room of an apartment building in the 8900 block of Waltham Woods Road about 5 p.m. Sunday with a bicycle taken from a storage locker, but he was caught by the bike's owner.
