LOUIS P. DAVIS, 81, of Greenville, S.C., husband of Lois Anoff Davis, and the late Eleanore G. Davis, of 7 Stone Lake Drive, died June 6, 2006. Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Victor and Mollie Kaufmann Davis. Mr. Davis was the co-owner of auto parts stores and served in the US Army. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Bob Usher of Baltimore, MD; two brothers, Jack Davis and his wife, Sarah, and Alex Davis, all of Greenville; his daughter-in-law, Kathy Davis Mc Donald of Columbia; his step-children, Mark Anoff, Judy Anoff and Susan Kalus, all of Coral Springs, FL, and Bruce Anoff and Michelle Wild, both of Owings Mills, MD; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his son, Dr. Richard J. Davis. Graveside services will be Friday at 12:00 P.M. at Beth Israel Cemetery at Graceland West Cemetery, with Rabbi Dov Rubin officiating.
